Fairmont El San Juan Hotel, San Juan

The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms didn't offer the best views, but they were still cozy and inviting. The service was a mix of extremely rude encounters with a few shining moments of friendliness. The location was convenient, especially for business travelers, with ongoing renovations promising even more improvements. The dining options were decent but lacked variety, and the facilities were overall satisfactory.

I stayed at this hotel and had a mix of experiences. While the rooms were spacious and had nice bathrooms, they were plagued with mold and tiny, dirty bathrooms. The pool villas were a letdown as they lacked locks on the doors outside, reeked of mildew, and felt sticky and humid constantly. It was hard to relax due to loud music by the pool all day, and the food was terrible with incredibly poor service that led to long waiting times for meals.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and clean, but unfortunately, we didn't get the quiet we paid for as our room was close to the elevator. The highlight was finding solace at the pool bar, although it wasn't our initial plan since our room wasn't ready upon arrival.
